Overview:
The Director of Cross-Selling and Brand Collaboration will lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at identifying and maximizing cross-selling/collaborative opportunities across multiple internal brands. This individual will take a 360-degree approach, working closely with sales teams to unlock hidden potential within current customer relationships, ensuring that all relevant products and services are leveraged to meet customer needs. They will provide sales training, foster collaboration between brands, use data-driven insights to optimize opportunities and maintain platforms that allow for ease of business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement cross-selling strategies that promote collaboration between internal brands and identify opportunities within existing customer bases from a holistic, 360-degree perspective.
  • Train and guide sales teams on how to evaluate and identify areas of untapped opportunity within customer accounts, focusing on comprehensive solutions and product/service integration.
  • Serve as a connector between sales teams, customers, and internal brand leaders, ensuring a unified approach to meeting customer needs through cross-brand offerings.
  • Use data analysis and customer insights to identify gaps, opportunities, and additional value propositions, positioning multiple brands within the same customer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create targeted messaging that highlights the value of a multi-brand approach for existing customers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cross-selling efforts, using feedback and data to continuously optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and develop new platforms and needed materials.
  • Strategically create new channels to sellers via content creation and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to foster a collaborative culture focused on customer-centric growth. Relationships must be at both the seller and Brand leadership levels to ensure that Cross-sell adoption is rapidly communicated and adopted.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, learning and development, or sales enablement, with a focus on Cross-selling and customer expansion strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and identify areas for growth from a 360-degree perspective.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for connecting teams and promoting brand collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering sales training programs that drive results.
  • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to work together towards common goals.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and customer-centric approaches are key.
