ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Manager that will partner with senior leadership to design and deliver initiatives to drive culture of engagement and safety. The HR Manager will lead recruitment, organizational development, and associate relations processes, to meet the business units operational and financial objectives of multiple sites. This individual will maintain legal and regulatory compliance for people-related activities and serve as a resource and advisor to functional leaders.

How Will You Help?
  • Act as a liaison between management and associates by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Advise on, develop, and administer programs, processes, structures, and tools that impact organizational performance, conflict management, team building, workforce planning, succession planning, community involvement, leadership, organizational development, improve retention and employee engagement.
  • Analyze and administer compensation program to ensure consistency and competitiveness of the business unit's compensation policies.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as compensation adjustments, equal employment opportunity, and harassment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Promote health and safety awareness and education as a top organizational priority.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Plan and conduct new associate orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate the personnel, training, and associate relations.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Analyze training needs to design associate training and development programs.
  • Monitor recent legal developments to assess industry trends and their applicability to the business unit.
  • Articulate and model the organization's values and ensure the company's mission, vision, and values.


What Will You Have?
  • Minimum of 7 years of related human resources experience reflecting. progressive growth; experience in a multi-layered manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
  • Broad knowledge of applicable labor and employment laws and compliance best practices, including the administration of effective employee policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work with and communicate with all levels and functions in the Company as a true team partner.
