Non-exempt Hourly Rate: $24.04

Description of Duties:

Initiates, manages and completes special projects within the approved budget and schedule. Ensures project participants are working as a cohesive team to accomplish goals and meets deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

o Prepares ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.

o Provides emergency coverage for the department.

o Assists with audit requests and document preparation.

o Supports the development and achievement of department goals.

o Performs other duties as assigned.

o Assist in the development of project plans.

o Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues.

o Coordinate resource procurement activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Skills/abilities: Skilled in verbal and written communication and interpersonal and customer service. Analyze, organize and complete tasks by a given deadline and delegate tasks when necessary. Able to operate standard office machinery.

Education: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include Human Resources, Business or Engineering.
