Overview

Dine Source is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Portfolio Director by serving as the main POC for the performance of program operations functions, assist the Government with financial issues, and assist with the development of business processes. This Operations Manager will assist with corporate interface requirements, e.g. HR, Security, Contracts, and program monitoring and control activities. The Operations Manager will lead and manage Team Leads in personnel management, training assessment, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of all activities to include cost, schedule, and technical performance of the company.
• Manage technical and administrative staff and provide ongoing direction in the performance of the program.
• Assist in serving as a key customer contact for program activities. Lead program review sessions and regularly meet with and update the customer on project status.
• Prepare and deliver formal briefings.
• Direct program managers.
• Develop and monitor program plans.
• Prioritize workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Establish and maintains effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other outside agencies.
• Assist with coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Participate in negotiating contract and contract changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and management skills as evidenced by previous work experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proof of COVID19 vaccine or valid medical or religious exemption as mandated by Executive Order 14042
