Summary: The HR Partner plays a key role in optimizing human capital to meet business unit objectives, working closely with People Operations and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This position supports leadership in creating a safe and productive work environment, driving team member retention, development, and overall business performance. The HR Partner will implement and support HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on employee value proposition, workforce planning, and leadership development.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's vision and business goals.

  • Assist in creating and implementing HR plans to optimize workforce utilization.

  • Promote safety and HR best practices, influencing team member behavior to align with key principles.

  • Identify and address potential risks related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) compliance.

  • Champion Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity.

  • Establish team member networks to gather feedback and drive improvements in areas where adverse business conditions exist.

  • Analyze team member behavior and dissatisfaction trends, implementing strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leadership to enhance decision-making, productivity, and performance.

  • Partner with COEs and People Operations to design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new team members.

  • Collaborate with leaders to create workforce strategies and partner on execution plans.

  • Manage grievances and work closely with the Labor Relations COE to address potential contract or CBA violations.

  • Actively participate in talent evaluation and development processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Monitor and assess the success of HR programs and policies against ROI targets, adjusting based on team member experience and business requirements.

  • Implement innovative programs to prepare the workforce for future business needs while addressing current challenges.

  • Support improvements in talent enablement and employee value proposition by identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.


  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience.


  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard HR systems.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization.


  • Special Skills: Strong understanding of HR strategy execution, workforce shaping, process integration, and confidentiality. Analytical skills to drive efficiencies and improvements.


Supervisory Responsibilities: None.



Travel Requirements: 25% travel required.


This role is essential in fostering a supportive work environment, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and driving team member engagement and development.
