We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This is a critical role that helps ensure the smooth financial operations of our company.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate financial records, including data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills.

  • Handle tax preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Assist in auditing processes and financial analysis.

  • Monitor company expenses and track financial data.

  • Maintain and organize financial documents and files.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and management regarding financial matters.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
