Our client is a renowned, family-owned food company dedicated to producing high-quality, dairy-based products. With a rich history and a commitment to sustainability, they are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Support Specialist to join their dynamic HR team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues, such as complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Support the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees at all levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in an HR Employee Relations role assisting in investigations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
