An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team out of their Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities:
Regular client communication
Must understand title/survey
Due Diligence
Document prep for closings
Project development
Lease drafting and contract purchasing
Easements and deeds
Qualifications:
MUST have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
Ability to handle a large volume of files on a daily basis
Must have a paralegal certificate or related degree
Ability to work a hybrid schedule
Salary: $100-$110k/yr.
