Job Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to become a part of our Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with the General Manager of the qPCR Instruments business within the Genetic Sciences Division. Your contribution will be essential in driving business decisions and achieving positive results through the provision of accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Support the GM of the qPCR Instruments portfolio, becoming a key partner in driving business decisions and outcomes
Lead the monthly and quarterly OpEx and CapEx forecasting including selling, G&A, marketing, and R&D activities
Ensure proper accounting controls. Month-end responsibilities include accrual management, variance analyses, metric tracking, and report preparation
Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive business performance
Support the business with financial modeling around various business cases, such as new product introductions
Facilitate the forecast process and promote alignment among all involved parties
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Equivalent experience in lieu of an advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is considered an asset.
Significant experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong financial modeling skills and intellectual curiosity
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing business reviews and forecast processes
Strong ability to analyze and think critically

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00-$154,700.00
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
