Job Description:

The Digital Experience Strategist will own our suite of 13 websites and support major digital projects like PIM and e-commerce. This person will be responsible for content edits on our digital properties and will work with our support partners to plan sprints, propose enhancements, and approve tickets. They will also support our PIM implementation and optimization, and e-commerce efforts. One part project manager, one part technology strategist, the ideal person loves to get into the weeds to find a solution and feels comfortable working in complex environments. This role must be passionate about managing our 13 website properties every single day and will partner closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist as well as our Segment Marketing Team, Sales, and IT to drive marketing technology improvements across the business.

Job Description:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing Technology. Key responsibilities include:


  • Manage our suite of North American website properties, including page editing, UX/IU recommendations, bug fixes, and long-term capability planning in partnership with the Director of Marketing Technology. Troubleshoot and report major website breaks and lead UAT for deployments.

  • Coordinate with front end and back-end development teams to drive improvements in functionality and solve for technical debt over time.

  • Own PIM environment, including coordinating workflows, documenting organizational processes, and managing information standards in partnership with product and marketing leaders.

  • Own e-commerce back end, including coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure that brand and product strategy is executed.


  • Manage digital initiatives ensuring that efforts are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Support change management efforts including process improvement and technology documentation.

  • Support global digital marketing strategy and partner with global digital leads on key projects and properties.

  • Scope project requirements for future digital initiatives in partnership with the Director of Marketing Technology.

  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • BA/BS degree in IT, Marketing, Business or relevant field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in a cross-functional digital/IT role required.

  • At least one year of experience working in a digital CMS preferred. Experience with WordPress preferred and experience with Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager a bonus.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML required.

  • Experience with agile and SCRUM preferred.

  • Experience working with agencies and external vendors/suppliers required.

  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of marketing team and multiple cross-functional project teams required.

  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, deliver projects within budget and meet tight deadlines.

  • Occasional travel to domestic locations and Canada and Mexico.
