Role:
The Licensing Compliance Administrator plays an essential role within the Licensing team; ensuring licensing, state regulatory requirements, and other assigned tasks are being carried out efficiently and accurately. The Licensing Compliance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and licensing compliance support to the Company and guaranteeing the Company's compliance with renewing and maintaining corporate and technician licensing and maintaining system database(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Renew licenses prior to expiration date: gather supporting documents, submit check request, submit for signatures.
File copies of submitted documents and correspondence and follow up until license is received - regularly.
Document all activity in service management software. Filter on licenses expiring within 90 days as many jurisdictions do not send renewal notices. Take appropriate action to prevent any lapse in licensure and late fees.
Maintain License Tracking screen with current info on all city/county/state licensing, tech licensing, and bonds.
When licenses are received, scan and save into the Licensing Drive and update in service management software.
Assist with permitting as needed, complete company portion of permits, provide completed documents to Licensing Coordinator for signature approvals; and once completed, send/provide operations tracking for permit package sent.
Administrative/clerical functions: data entry, scanning, filing, mailing required documents etc.
Request and maintain continuing education certificates for renewals and license maintenance.
Scan bonds as received and enter into the service management software.
Request and maintain certificates of insurance. Send and upload COIs to proper licensing offices, localities, and divisions.
Follow-up on all tasks regularly until process is completed.
Mapping and tracking of Technician licenses. Maintain license tracking sheet, if the required licenses are not obtained, provide the technician information to the Licensing Coordinator.
Track, request and maintain required CEU's data that is required for technician license renewals.
Administer reporting and notifications to license holders on current status and continuing education requirements.
All other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred
Prior Licensing and Compliance-related experience preferred
