A Los Angeles-based Community Health Program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team!
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision to program staff and will engage in supportive services with a goal of reducing legal recidivism.
Requirements:
Master's Degree - Social Work or related field
3+ year's experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorder, or who have chronice health issues
Generate monthly reports and monitor compliance benchmarks
Maintain client rosters / assign cases to program staff
Support team around health and wellness initiatives
Support with clinically appropriate linkages to outside community partners
Respond to crisis situations
Work with local police departments to build relationships and educate around programs
Troubleshoot with leadership team to remove barriers to achieving program goals and outcomes
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, business hours (8:30a - 5:00p)
