Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Product Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage company-wide excellence and success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to deliver a superior client experience and product portfolio that satisfies client current and future needs


• Accurately Identify client needs through in-depth research of market and competitor information


• Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines


• Ensure successful product launches by appraising new product ideas and marketing programs


• Create project plans and drive activities with cross-functional teams to deliver the project milestones (like PoC trials and Pilots) on time


• Act as a project/program manager to work with internal teams and external partners to plan, design, deploy and execute proof of concepts and client-based field trials


• Develops project plan and drives project milestones for the Innovation projects; Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders


• Improve brand and product awareness by evaluating the market, creating targeted marketing programs, developing promotions and recommending pricing


• Enhance marketing strategies for product lines through collaboration with internal stakeholders


• Research and present short- and long-term product sales forecasts and analyses for senior leadership to leverage


• Satisfy future client needs by partnering with product teams to provide guidance on product enhancements and upgrades


• Assume project/program management responsibilities for assigned PoR initiatives as required by the team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field


• 7+ years of experience in Product Management


• Experience in Program Management


• Experience in the Telecommunications industry

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
