Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is looking for an Application & Automation Systems Engineer that will help with automation processes, analysis and financial applications such as Argus, Yardi, Juniper Square and other related applications. This candidate is responsible for the support and maintenance of the accounting and core operational applications utilized by the company as well as doing RPA work and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Application & Automation Systems Engineer will perform maintenance activities, resolves support issues, implement robotic process automation, develops reports and participates on projects that promote efficient operations


• Utilizing Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and execute program planning


• Communication with stakeholders on the projects and participate in Agile meetings and sprint plannings


• As an Application & Automation Systems Engineer, you will work with vendor implementation and internal software development teams to ensure the successful delivery of project and assist in the support and maintenance of accounting and core operational applications, including Argus Enterprise, Concur, Cornerstone and Egencia


• Build new processes as well as create, or help the process owner to create, user acceptance testing (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes and assist with testing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field


• UiPath certification preferred


• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Commercial Real Estate industry (Yardi, Argus Enterprise)


• 2+ years of experience with developing digital workers using the UiPath RPA platform


• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator


• SQL experience


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions


• Possess a strong accounting and technical aptitude and have the drive to continue to learn and develop


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
