Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Assistant supporting key leaders from our Global Occupier Services (GOS) group in the Central Region (Central, Eastern or Mountain time zone locations)
This position requires exceptional customer service and the ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. This role will support 2 - 3 senior leaders in GOS.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Schedule and organize calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements and department activities, resolve scheduling conflicts and take responsibility for keeping stakeholders on schedule.

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Plan and confirm business meals as well as events such as team meetings.

  • Prepare business expense reports, track status, and settle issues using own initiative and with limited direction from manager(s).

  • Organize, prioritize, and manage Outlook inbox. Draft, review, and send emails and other communications on behalf of executives.

  • Redirect matters to appropriate teammates to handle, or handle personally, as appropriate.

  • Schedule, plan, prepare and run meetings on behalf of the individuals (and their teams) you support.

  • Listen in on calls or attend meetings to take notes and assist with the follow up, as needed.

  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

  • Manage small initiatives on behalf of your key stakeholders and their teams.

  • Anticipate stakeholders and business needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results on time.

Important experience

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting an executive leader or team of leaders.

  • Commercial real estate experience a plus

Additional qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams

  • Ability to plan, organize and manage processes.

  • Ability to deal and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.

  • Ability to manage small projects with little to no oversight.
