As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers, accountable, curious, flexible, and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities, and areas of study. Some highlights of our internship program include:



  • Paid Internship: $20/hr

  • Twelve-week program: May 19 – August 8, 2025

  • Full-time opportunity: 8am – 5pm CT

  • Summer Hours: Work ends on Fridays at 1pm CT

  • Location- Hybrid in New York City Office.  

  • This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The primary work location is our NY office, and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers relocation assistance.





        Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Digital Marketing professionals. As a Digital Marketing intern, you will have a hands-on opportunity to project manage and gain exposure by building relationships with internal and external agency teams. You will work alongside your team on a variety of projects spanning across digital media. Your experience as an intern at Lands' End is both educational and fun, while keeping you connected with your mentor, manager and fellow interns. You will gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase and other company functions. We are seeking someone who is interested in continuously learning about Google algorithms and marketing technology in a field that is constantly changing.



        • Create market analysis / competitive analysis presentations

        • Assist with weekly business review

        • Support product QA on third party channels

        • Attend meetings with external retail partners

        • Create product and event case studies

        • Explore growth opportunities for third party digital partnerships

        • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to manage line sheets

        • Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership




        Qualifications



        • Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Junior or Senior year preferred.

        • Ability to multitask, work with a team, deadline driven, create high quality work, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects

        • High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail

        • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

        • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
