Summary

With broad supervision, achieves staffing goals by recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.

Essential Duties


  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills.
  • Coordinates, writes, and posts job openings on internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Sources candidates, reviews applications, pre-screens applicants for qualifications and salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position. Refers qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Works with hiring managers on employment offers and closes candidates on offer terms, initiating the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Communicates with candidates who were not selected for the position.
  • Participates in skill development and team-building programs; collaborates with Lead Recruiters to create structured educational exercises and seizes unstructured coaching opportunities.
  • Provides backup support for university, military, and diversity outreach initiatives.
  • Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates as needed.
  • Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
  • Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.

Experience

5 - 10 years of related experience.

Bachelor's degree Required

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000 annually.
