We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Creative Partnerships to join the Worldwide Marketing team in our Seattle headquarters who will orchestrate and oversee creative projects that align with F5 brand identity and business objectives, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, the internal creative team, and external creative agencies.

Position Summary

As Senior Manager, Creative Partnerships on the Worldwide Marketing team, you will be a deeply aligned partner of F5’s brand management and Marketing leadership teams, ensuring priorities are met and communicated, work is done on brief, time and budget. You are an innovator and continual improver of process. You will balance the needs of stakeholders with those of the internal creative team and external creative agencies, orchestrating and overseeing creative projects that align with F5 brand identity and business objectives. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. You will be a detective, asking the right questions to help stakeholders better plan for incoming projects. Your success in this role will be measured by delivering high-quality creative projects that drive business results, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

You will:

  • Own the client, the communication, and the process for creative projects

  • Contextualize business results as the filter for projects and creative work

  • Understand F5’s corporate and Worldwide Marketing priorities and ensure measurement mechanisms reflect performance against benchmarks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables

  • Architect and oversee the completion of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, optimize agency collaboration, and achieve business objectives

  • Drive the project intake process and a standard cadence of communications with stakeholders, agencies, and the internal creative team.

  • Monitor and analyze agency performance using key metrics to ensure quality and efficiency, cost-effectiveness, spending, and value

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including client satisfaction, off-target work, or project delays

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the internal team and agencies to implement changes

  • Hire, train, and grow the right talent in the F5 environment

  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of the Code or other company policies

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:


  • Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust, balancing multiple stakeholder needs effectively

  • Strong understanding of brand identity and marketing principles

  • Ability to analyze and interpret business objectives to inform creative strategies

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, discovering project requirements and potential challenges

  • Deep familiarity with creative process and project management methodologies

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences (e.g., creatives, executives, clients)

  • Ability to manage timelines and resources efficiently

You have:


  • A track record of success leading internal and external creative partnerships for a brand or product with meaningful results in the market

  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
