Description: Our client is currently seeking a Inventory Specialist at Owings Mills, MD
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Inventory Management - this person will be responsible for inventory of IT Assets using IAM ServiceNow, Coupa and Myvuy (which includes shipping and receiving). *The candidate does not need to know these systems beforehand, as the team will train.
This person will reconcile inventory, match records, and receive equipment
Records Management/Customer Service - answering e-mails, connecting to site contacts about disposals, updating systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ability to use a pallet jack (required) and a shrink wrap machine (the team will train on how to use).
The ability to lift equipment.
Shipping and Receiving experience.
Inventory experience.
Microsoft Office knowledge
Microsoft Word (Correspondence/reports)
Microsoft Excel (creating and updating spreadsheets; no need-to-know pivot tables, or v-lookups)
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
