Job Description:

Location: Sioux City, IA

Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility near Sioux City, IA.


Responsibilities:

*Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery

*Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects

*Lead, coach, and manage a team of 50+ FTE in a fast-paced manufacturing facility

*Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location

*Apply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controls

*Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems

*Manage spare part Inventory processes


Qualifications & Requirements:


*3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume food or consumer products manufacturing environment


*Solid PLC troubleshooting experience


*Strong Project management experience


*Excellent strategic and growth mindset!


*Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
