What you will do:

This person will support international tax strategy, analysis, and reporting. This will include research, planning, modeling, and implementation of tax projects or positions impacting the tax profile of the international operations; support of tax filings including computations of estimated tax inclusions and international elements of the Company’s financial statements under the direction of the Snr Director of Global Tax Reporting.  This position will support tax positions under tax inspections and direct individuals within the US international tax group as well as other tax department and non-tax department personnel and outsourced resources with respect to project analysis, implementation and documentation. 

How you will do it:

• Manages the execution of modeling of and identification of various tax planning strategies to improve the Company’s international tax profile.  Supports the Tax Counsel on analysis of accessing cash efficiently including distribution planning, and other related matters.   




• Contributes to the preparation of the tax elements of the Company’s quarterly financial statements (including modeling and analysis of forecasted AETR impacts, etc.)  and ensures the proper reporting of the tax positions in coordination with the Snr Director of Global Tax Reporting.




• Manages other tax team members, executes, and prepares research and computational analysis with respect to international tax issues (including support of Pillar 2 modeling) and considerations in relation to transactions and planning initiatives in cooperation with Tax Counsel. 




• Manages implementation of tax planning initiatives in cooperation with Tax Counsel to reduce overall worldwide tax liabilities of the Company which includes the coordination of all stakeholder approvals, documentation and non-tax considerations. 




• Manages ongoing process improvements within the various tax areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and the documentation of positions, including coordination with various members of the Tax Dpt and accounting personnel




• Reviews tax technical publications and other corporate publications for tax law developments which could impact the tax profile of the Company positively or negatively. 




• Participates in due diligence and review of tax elements with respect to international elements of  acquisitions and divestitures.




• Assists with the identification of long term tax strategies.




• Supports global tax team in tax inspections and controversy.




• Mentors and leads tax department members and teams with other department leaders to maximize employee engagement and provide opportunities for growth.




• Trains and Develops tax department members through coaching and supervision

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting;  Masters in Taxation preferred.




• CPA desired. 




• Minimum 8 years of experience with large multinational corporate tax structures or equivalent relevant experience




• Minimum 4years of supervisory and/or management experience. 




• Some historical work experience in a public accounting is a plus




• In-depth knowledge of US international  tax laws required, international tax knowledge is a plus
