Job Description:

Position Overview: The Tooling Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate tooling and PPE inventory, ensuring availability for operational needs, and providing essential support to field operations. This role ensures that all tools and equipment are properly managed, stored, and readily accessible to support ongoing projects efficiently.

Essential Functions:


  • Strong knowledge of tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

  • Ability to identify and manage the location of tools and equipment

  • Responsible for inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels

  • Respond to field inquiries to determine and provide the necessary tools

  • Receive, label, and stock incoming inventory from vendors, both physically and digitally

  • Manage and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels at assigned location, ensuring availability of tools and PPE

  • Physically unload and place tools in their designated areas

  • Load and unload tools and PPE to and from trucks as needed

  • Proficient in using computers for inventory tracking and reporting

  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes

Minimum Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Willing to work additional hours as needed.
