WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

eCommerce Specialist
The eCommerce Specialist will oversee the performance and efficacy of the eCommerce catalog. They will be responsible for creating and managing product listings in our catalog, monitoring key metrics such as inventory performance, handling time, shipping time, and analyzing product sales reports. This Specialist will work directly on eCommerce platforms including the company's systems connected via APIs. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our eCommerce business, ensuring our product listings are effective and our performance metrics are continuously improving.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Create and manage a large eCommerce catalog using best-in-class industry standards for hundreds of products.


  • Proactively monitor, research, communicate and escalate key sales metrics to ensure delivery of a positive customer experience.


  • Manage support tickets and communication on product listing tasks.


  • Ensure compliance with Vetsource’s policies and guidelines, monitor metrics and take corrective actions as needed as it relates to customer service, pricing, and compliance.


  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Generate detailed product analytic reports and provide actionable insights to the internal team to optimize our product listings.


  • Collaborate with Marketing & Operations to support the activation of product advertising campaigns.


  • Monitor and manage inventory and shipping performance, including order connectivity and processing to optimize our ability to deliver against customer promise.


WHAT YOU BRING


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or experience.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an eCommerce platform.


  • Proficient in data analysis and familiar with tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.


  • Familiar with eCommerce advertising.


  • Pet medication and therapeutic diet experience, preferred.

Pay range (US based applicants): $69,958 - $80,000 (annualized)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
