Our Land Planning market follows a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates the combined expertise of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners and surveyors. We excel at projects both large and small in scale-whether it's creating site plans for a development, designing public spaces and bike/pedestrian paths, or incorporating green, low-impact features that help improve a community's quality of life. Responsibilities:
Perform work on all phases of various landscape architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings.
Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents.
Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
Research materials to determine appropriate selection for the project.
Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university. Must be pursuing licensure.
Minimum of 1 year of job-related design experience required. Summer Internship experience is OK. Strongly prefer large commercial/municipal/residential/parks landscape design project experience.
Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, Land-FX, Sketchup, REVIT, PhotoShop.
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships in a collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
