Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (e.g., service agreements, purchase orders, nondisclosure agreements).
Ensure contracts are legally sound, align with company policies, and protect the organization's interests.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Work with legal, finance, and compliance teams to address risk factors.
Lead or assist in contract negotiations with vendors, clients, or partners.
Identify and mitigate risks while securing favorable terms for the company.
Conduct risk assessments of contracts and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure appropriate clauses are included to protect the company from potential liabilities.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution to closure.
Track contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring deadlines are met.
