A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced accounts payable professional to join their team as a Senior Disbursements Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's disbursements function while coordinating AP procedures with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement controls and process improvements.
Oversee positive pay activities.
Manage government related AP reporting.
Work collaboratively with offshore AP team.
Serve as disbursements expert by providing counseling on how to resolve issues, supplying necessary insights, and engaging with other teams to address failure points.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
4+ years of accounts payable experience.
ERP experience (SAP or QAD highly preferred).
Experience collaborating with global teams.
