Summary: Administer the warranty program to insure all FootJoy warranty policies and procedures are implemented in a way to enhance the brand image, while continuing to meet/exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities:



  • Apply policies and procedures and provide options to accounts and consumers when answering the telephone and in written communications regarding products and returns.

  • Initiate all verbal and written correspondence to accounts and consumers regarding replacements of new and defective product.

  • Act as backup to DTC phone line, communicating directly to consumers regarding DTC order status and returns.

  • Review MyJoys returns, periodically evaluate No-Credit returns, and contact accounts and consumers to resolve any disputes.

  • Initiate tracers, call tags and process proof of deliveries and adjustments accordingly.\

  • Periodically review Warranty Department procedures and policies and help identify areas for improvement.

  • Answer incoming Consumer emails with 24-48 hours and help maintain departmental standards for service and call response time.

  • Communicate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Return Goods and QC relative to reported product issues.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years college, AS or BS degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Service / Golf industry required or 1 year as an Acushnet Company Associate CSR.
