About the Role
Support the Merchandise Operations team training & continuous improvement documentation activities to streamline functions within the organization. This includes creating, updating and owning Standard Operating Procedures, Training documentation and organizing training meetings. Communicate all updates to business partners. Includes supporting the merchandising team with data entry and validation.
Owns Associate Resource Center Sharepoint site that provides relative SOP's, training materials and other useful information to Merchandise Operations.
Partners with Merchandise Operations subject matter experts to update SOP's, QRGs, training documentation & strategic calendars as processes evolve.
Proactively communicates training quick tips, updates to training documentation and any key process changes to the broader team regularly.
Administers training sessions & other Merchandise Operations meetings as needed by the business.
Assists with and completes projects that contribute to the strategic initiatives and department goals for management.
Provides general day-to-day support across the various Merchandising, Planning & Inventory Management teams within Claire's.
Suggests recommendations to leadership for improving, updating and creating any processes or training materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
MS Office Proficiency
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational, prioritization and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to take initiatives and seek opportunities to learn in a fast-paced environment.
