Job Summary

Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.


Essential Functions

This position will support day-to-day functioning of the Bethel MSK Research Center and its leadership. The position will assist in such duties as, but not limited to, scheduling and managing daily meetings, deadlines, communications with key stakeholders and offices, managing calendars, assist in arranging events, and coordinating outgoing/incoming communications. The individual in this position needs to be familiar with common organizational software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs). The individual must also be extremely organized and willing to work well with others and be able to meet tight deadlines.


Physical Effort

Be able to lift and move 25 pounds.
