Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This junior-to-mid-level role is primarily focused on the development of dashboards to support category-focused business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards that support category management and business intelligence.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that align with business goals.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Build and manage dashboards in Qlik to visualize data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Leverage MS Power Apps to automate workflows and enhance data accessibility.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for dashboard performance and usability.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Qlik for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Familiarity with MS Power Apps for workflow automation and process enhancement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Advana/DAF experience.
• Understanding of Category Management principles and their application in business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
