Innova Solutions is seeking an ambitious Production Support Engineer - Report Writer to serve one of the nation's largest providers of virtual and in-person outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. We are looking for an ambitious Production Support Engineer who is customer-centric and possesses a proactive approach to getting things done. As part of our Clinical Application Support team, the Production Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for complex data support issues. You will be the key driver in triaging issues and managing end-to-end resolution of the case working with the development team. You will also be developing reports for business stakeholders and developing proof of concept reporting for our Digital team. POSITION TYPE : Fulltime W2 with Innova Solutions; No C2C, please. DURATION: 6 Months Contract to Hire. LOCATION: Remote within the Pacific or Mountain Time zones PAY : $50-55/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and triage all complex data and API issues with internal and external applications.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve support cases in a timely manner
Develop monitoring processes to catch and resolve issues as they occur and reduce the number of incoming support cases
Proactively detect data inconsistencies and troubleshoot data failures
Manage deadlines and prioritize work in time sensitive situations
Train CAS team on data and API issues and how to resolve support cases
Deliver ad-hoc reporting in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or healthcare related discipline
4+ years of experience with process documentation, data preservation, integrity, and traceability, Redshift, SQL (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL), ODBC
Excellent SQL knowledge
Experience in AWS Cloud environment
Good understanding of data hygiene and data transformation processes
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel
Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

PowerBI experience a plus
