Job/ Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (Day hours)
$5000 SIGN ON BONUS WITH UP TO $3000 QUARTERLY BONUSES
As a NP/PA , you will be required to have:
Obtaining patient history and performing physical exams
Ordering medications / labs / diagnostic tests and working in collaboration with physicians
Diagnose, prescribe treatments and monitor condition.
The ideal candidate must have:
Licensed Nure Practitioner or Physician Assistant
2 years of experience in an outpatient practice preferred
Must have independent judgment and a proven ability to work within a team environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $99,800 - $105,000.00 annually with quarterly bonus up to $9k in addition to $5k sign on bonus.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
