Job Title: Manufacturing Customer Service Representative



Location: Saint Paul - 100% onsite



Pay: $50k-$60k annually







Job Duties/Description:



  • Work directly with customers, Sales, and production teams to ensure jobs are completed to customer specifications.

  • Receive quotes, review for detail and accuracy, and coordinate with Estimating.

  • Create production tickets using the estimate information from sales and/or the customer.

  • Manage specific projects with customers, coordinating with Production to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Monitor the quality and progress of assigned jobs to ensure that due dates are met.

  • Communicate with customers, Sales, and production teams regarding scheduling and job questions.

  • Provide feedback to customers and the internal team regarding issues that may affect the project, quality, and/or delivery.

  • Perform quality checks and provide proofs or samples for customers.

  • Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs.

  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Manufacturing experience required; 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service environment.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills with an attitude for customer service.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (must have MS Excel experience).

  • Estimating experience would be a plus.
