Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a health care staffing company located in North Raleigh.


***ON SITE - No possibility of remote work!***


This is an administrative role and is 100% IN OFFICE. This is a full time (38 hours per week) temp-to-hire opportunity.
The work schedule is 8:30 - 5 Monday thru Thursday and 8:30 - 3 Friday - to start - with a 30 minute lunch. When hired permanently the schedule may change to 7:00 - 3:30 Monday - Thursday and 7:00 - 1:00 Friday depending on company needs.


Job Duties:
* Inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
* Manage onboarding process and related documents for Health Care Providers
* Calling candidates to ensure certifications are current
* License verifications
* Additional administrative tasks as needed


Job Requirements:
* Bachelors degree strongly preferred/ Associates degree will be considered with adequate experience
* Minimum 5 years administrative experience
* Experience working in a medical environment/ knowledge of medical terminology and HCP credentials
* Technically proficient - must be able to quickly learn various software programs
* Knowledge of ADP or payroll process a plus
