Job Description:

Location: Remote (Must be in California)

Salary: $62,400 - $83,200 DOE (Top pay for bilingual candidates)


A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary with at least 2 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including state and federal court filings, managing deadlines, and preparing discovery. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple litigation cases with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.



Key Responsibilities for Litigation Paralegal/Secretary:


  • E-filing in state and federal courts

  • Calendaring deadlines and court dates without relying solely on software

  • Managing discovery, including propounding and bates-labeling

  • Supporting attorneys with a high-volume litigation caseload (25+ cases)

  • Communicating with clients in Spanish via email and text


Qualifications for Litigation Paralegal/Secretary:


  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (Labor & Employment is a plus)

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures
