Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Vokey Wedges


Salary Range: $97,000.00 - $123,000.00 /annual; plus, bonus eligibility


Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager - Vokey Wedges will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on Vokey.com. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns. This position will lead the planning and execution of all product digital marketing initiatives, partnering with the Director of Marketing to shape the strategy and success of the global Vokey brand.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing plans that align with our global brand goals and objectives.

  • Integrate various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

  • Content Creation and Management: Work with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Plan and execute content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

  • Ensure brand content is optimized for SEO while aligning with our brand voice and messaging.

  • Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta etc.).

  • Monitor budget allocation and adjust to maximize ROI. Conduct regular testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and targeting strategies.

  • Coordinate digital media activities, collaborating with Director of Marketing, Titleist Director of Media and Media Agency partners to drive efficient digital traffic from relevant channels and set clear business objectives & priorities.

  • Create best-in-class digital experience: Collaborate with the brand team to enhance the user experience on titleist.com and vokey.com.

  • Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, such as improving site navigation, optimizing product pages, and streamlining the Wedge Works customization process.

  • Analyze UX and provide feedback and areas for improvement.

  • Consumer Insights and Data Analysis Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to gather data. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay in touch with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.

  • Share insights and feedback from marketing campaigns to inform route-to-market and customer service strategies.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree is required. Marketing or communications degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience required in interactive marketing or website related marketing or content development.

  • Golf experience preferred.

  • Golf knowledge and passion for the game required.

  • Knowledge of HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, CMS systems, video editing software or equivalents required.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and translate needs into solutions through creativity, organization and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment a must.
