RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for an Administrative Assistant for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Assistant will proactively manage the client's complex calendar with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines

  • Arrange domestic and international travel

  • Reconcile and process expense reports for managers, interim approve team expense reports

  • Partner closely with the studio head on activities in support of business strategy, planning, and financials

  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings

  • Partner with chief of staff and admin team to manage headcount for team, submit all new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding new employees

  • Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues

  • Manage team aliases ensuring all aliases for the organization are up-to date and hierarchy is aligned

  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will coordinate department facility operations, including facilities requests

  • Plan and execute team morale events and all hands in partnership with admin team

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a high-level manager within the last 24 consecutive months

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

  • Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude

  • Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as Employee Central, iCIMS, MS Expense 2, My Order and SharePoint

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience serving as a mentor and/or leader of others in the business support community

  • Experience working in a game studio or other creative organization






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
