RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Level 2 Data Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire basis. This candidate will visit stores as needed. This contractor will work with Operations in recommending changes, look at the data, and showcase how the current process can be better. This is a hybrid role. The team is onsite M-W, work from home Th-F.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and solidify data processes and quality


• Assist in developing business reporting


• Increase data availability, standardization and automation processes


• Problem solve and investigate issues


• Participate in all phases of system testing Work successfully in an Agile Project across multiple feature and component teams


• Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks


• Assist in leading the analytics team in the development of data driven insights to increase efficiencies in business processes that improve and simplify work methods, deliver financial benefits, and improve our customers' shopping experience


• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; Complete performance excellence discussions and provide feedback to direct reports


• Support e-Commerce Team in reaching 90M in savings


• Provide support to over 19 Workspaces and 5,000 users in Power BI


• Own Data Architecture for Pickup Reporting - Continue to consolidate datasets and reports to reduce tech debt and enhance the user experience; Produce insightful reporting and produce KPIs for E-commerce


• Partner to continue to build out the Fulfillment Data Platform - FDP; Support the rollout of the gold layer and adapt reporting accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of Power BI experience, someone who will take on initiatives


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
