JOB DESCRIPTION



As an Application Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of new brokers and clients (businesses/traders) onto our application suite by maintaining accurate documentation, information, and static data across our systems. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, managing data updates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Application Onboarding:
    • Coordinate with business stakeholders, Know-Your-Client/Client Due Diligence team, application owners, and other IT support team to onboard new applications.
    • Verify that applications are onboarded accurately and to compliance standards.
    • Facilitate the setup of user access, permissions, and configurations.
    • Document onboarding processes and maintain clear records for team members and for automation opportunities.


  • Static Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date static data (e.g., instrument details, counterparty information) in relevant systems.
    • Validate data integrity and ensure consistency across systems/platforms.
    • Collaborate with data vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to static data.


  • Application Support
    • Provide first-line support for our brokerage/trading functions across various businesses, products, and systems
    • Work with various business partners (Production Support, Development, Project Management, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Operations and Front Office) to provide tactical and strategic solutions to business issues/queries


  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in onboarding and data management processes.
    • Implement best practices and streamline workflows.
    • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades.


  • Communication and Training:
    • Provide training and support to end-users regarding application usage and data updates.
    • Communicate changes, updates, and maintenance schedules to relevant stakeholders.
    • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


  • Risk Management:
    • Monitor data quality and address any anomalies promptly.
    • Mitigate operational risks related to data inaccuracies.
    • Stay informed regarding industry trends and regulatory changes.



  • Qualifications:


    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience:
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
      • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
      • Experience in application onboarding and static data management within the financial services industry (nice to have).


    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of securities industry, investment products, and competitive landscape.
    • Proficiency in PC and MS Office software.
    • Understanding / interest of business unit products, processes, and systems.
    The hourly rate is between $ 24 and $ 32 per hour, and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $ 60,000 to $ 80,000, inclusive of required overtime. The actual rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
