Field Services Support Coordinator

West Chester, OH or Remote with EST 8AM - 5PM core hours

This position will be responsible for key support activities for US Field Services related to equipment, fleet and uniforms in FSR (Field Services Representative/Technician) Support Services. The position reports to the FSR Support Services Manager and can be based in West Chester, OH or fully remote.

Role and Responsibilities


  • Oversee equipment calibration and assignment programs

  • Ensure equipment inventories are properly updated and maintained

  • Oversee equipment repair processes

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Field Services Representatives

  • Update systems and databases and ensure equipment is tracked and assigned correctly

  • Create purchase orders for equipment, supplies, uniforms and services as needed

  • Process good receipts (within scope of team) and manage the resolution of any payment issues.

  • Execute actions related to fleet driver policy compliance


    • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Reviews

    • USDOT compliance monitoring


      • Medical Cards

      • Driver Qualification Files

      • Vehicle inspections

      • Other requirements



  • Support processes related to Electric Vehicle deployment


    • EV readiness surveys

    • Public charging availability

    • Home charger readiness evaluation and installation tracking

    • Create and deliver training content


  • Support processes related to telematics/GPS for vehicles

  • Assist with projects to develop and deploy new digital tools

  • Create, publish and follow up with actions to improve key metrics for department

  • Use TEAMS and SharePoint to share information across a decentralized user community


  • Manage the new hire process with the uniform supplier and manage data related to uniform kickoffs/reboots/negotiations.

  • Collaborate with Field Service Execution leadership to understand barriers and drive improvement.

  • Support the Field Services Support Manager in delivery of support services to all US Field Services FSR's

  • Initiate and lead process improvement with a focus on digital solutions


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain OR 3-5 years of work experience in a Services and/or Fleet operations role

  • Customer focused with Service delivery or Technical Customer Service background

  • Strong organization and attention to detail with excellent follow through

  • Experience with Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point

  • Ability to comfortably interact with customers and employees representing various levels of the Services organization

  • Ability to make decisions when needed and manage entire processes from beginning to end

  • Team player, who listens well and considers their actions before initiating them

Preferred Experience


  • Knowledgeable about MVR rules and regulations and USDOT regulatory compliance

  • Understanding of Safety and Ergonomic practices

  • Experience with Lean Methodology deployment and digital solutions

  • Strong digital and data management skills with experience using data management tools
