Network Business Development Department is looking for top skilled Business Development Network Manager. Is that you?

Work environment: Network Business Development Department.

Please note: The Business Development Network Manager will be an employee of Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR). SWHR is a clinically integrated network formed by Texas Health Resources (THR) and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW).

Work hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Monday - Friday, Day shift.

• This is a Telework position, to be based in Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex, requiring onsite workdays during the week, based on department business needs.

• In-person attendance required at department meetings, trainings and/or other department authorized activities, at the above-mentioned address or other locations as directed by the department management.

What will you do

Utilize market knowledge and multiple data sources to create strategic initiatives and action plans, which positively impact and improve care coordination. Create detailed presentations and strategy recommendations for leadership that identify opportunities, solutions for improved integration, performance in value-based care, and recommendations for network terminations in alignment with business needs.
Maintains accurate records of action plans, physician credentialing, engagement in care coordination effort, and activities and correspondence with all stakeholders. Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by leadership and business development management. Seeks out opportunities to engage new specialists, services and facilities to meet network adequacy and support care coordination. 30%
Through active engagement, the Network Managers will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships between SWHR primary care providers, SWHR specialists, and APO preferred providers. The Network Managers will analyze and track referral patterns through claims data specific to Cardiology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Women's Health, Oncology, Gastroenterology and Neurosurgery from SWHR PCPs in order to promote care coordination, quality, and total cost of care. In addition, Network Managers will track facility utilization for SWHR credentialed specialists within aforementioned service lines and provide interventions to increase SWHR goals specific to network efficiency and care coordination. 30%
Network Managers will be expected to present data to SWHR providers to promote network efficiency, identify potential barriers, and establish recommendations for improved partnerships. Recruit and onboard aligned specialists into SWHR ACO and provide meet-and-greets with appropriate leadership, SWHR PCPs and pertinent specialist groups. Network Managers will maintain the compliance of minimum work standards as defined by organizational leadership committees by partnering with various stakeholders and resources both internally and externally. Network Managers will coordinate outreach efforts with appropriate parent organization liaison teams and facility/hospital administration. 30%
Network Managers will monitor progress with APO providers specific to Home Health, Hospice and Laboratories and communicate opportunities with SWHR PCPs and specialists to increase Traditional Medicare savings in addition to increasing quality of care through increased utilization with identified top quality providers. Network Managers will be expected to exercise independent strategic decision-making and inform leadership with market intelligence. 10%
