Position Summary


This position will support the Service Delivery team with assigned projects and/or any of the following as assigned: correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines; provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.


Essential Job Functions



  • Provides various administrative support across team.

  • Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy.

  • Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project or program (internal and external).

  • Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings.

  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested.

  • Issue vendor POs, as needed.

  • Monitor services property pool and assignment of task.

  • Complete No Zoning and No permit letters and determinations.

  • Perform site assessments and customer scrubs

  • Lead database updates to ensure data is evergreen.

  • Support permit extensions, permit renewals, and/or GC name changes.

  • Compliance with Crown Castle's financial policies especially for payment to municipalities,

  • Consultants and vendors including Checkbook, Accounts Payable, and Credit card policies.


Education/Certifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred


Experience/Minimum Requirements



  • A minimum of one (1) or more years in a telecom industry with project coordination and/or administration experience 


Other Skills/Abilities



  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software

  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills

  • Strong software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach 


Organizational Relationship


Reports to: Supervisor Service Delivery

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
