Job Description:

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $105,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner /Scheduler - Chemicals ONLY
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Knowledge of and experience with Site safety policies, procedures, and training as required. Knowledge of and experience with the Maintenance Work Management Process (WMP) and its impact upon asset reliability.
Knowledge of and experience with and have ability to access Maintenance policies, procedures, and maintenance training as required. Understanding of Management of Change Technology (MOC-T) and Management of Change of Facilities (MOC-F) and how they relate to the Planning process. Knowledge of production process (chemicals, hazards, and unit operations).


Knowledge of the production/utility equipment and the impact on production process.


Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance techniques (examples- steam trap testing, oil analysis, etc.). Knowledge of equipment hazards, failure modes, and the complexity of various maintenance restoration techniques; to effectively build the necessary time, skills, tools, materials, activities, and sequence required to execute the scope of work into the work order in a way that facilitates the scheduling process.


Knowledge of first break and lock out requirements.

• Experience with maintenance of equipment - hands on (pumps, conveyers, etc)
• Experience with walk through and plan creation
• Best practices/preventative maintenance
