Job Description:

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Salary: $15.00 USD Hourly - $20.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Technician at Owings Mills, MD.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Receiving desktop assets, peripherals, and accessories.


• Tracking and updating Coupa orders


• Updating ServiceNow tickets


• Shipping equipment (both interoffice and to associates homes)


• Inventory and data reconciliation


• Imaging pcs and loaner laptops


• Occasional software installation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ServiceNow is preferred


• Excel- spreadsheets for tracking purposes


• Inventory Operations experience


• Attention to detail


• IT Asset Management
