Responsibilities:

• Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees


• Providing support to IT staff by answering calls, and responding to user requests


• Assist with monitoring the life cycle of help desk tickets and ensuring timely resolution


• Identifying unused or underutilized hardware for either replacement or retirement


• Assist with projects based on need


• Work independently or as part of a team


• Assist with customer communication to ensure satisfaction
