Work with site managers, general managers and project managers to gather and analyze data from processes and experiments, suggest improvements and assist in the basic interpretation and verifying compliance with engineering standards and practices.
Conduct research, analysis and review activities according to applicable regulations, manufacturing processes or other considerations and develop modification of standards, specifications and processes.
Review research, testing, quality control and other operational reports to ensure that compliance, quality standards, efficiency and schedules are met.
Prepare reports and technical papers.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be a college student, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize patterns in data, information or events, to draw logical conclusions, to evaluate methods and procedures and to make recommendations for actions.
Effective oral and written communication skills to transmit information accurately and understandably.
Software skills to develop spreadsheets for data analysis.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
