RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Manager.

Summary:
The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager acts as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development and culture building. This role will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions


• Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve quality


• Support, recommend and implement technology initiatives


• Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives


• Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function


• Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met


• Perform other related duties as required and assigned


• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


• 5+ years of relevant work experience


• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)


• Mortgage experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
