RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Juno Beach, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help our Agile Teams become more mature and efficient by using product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. This role involves facilitating self-assessments, conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and tracking the frequency of releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master will work with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop action plans for improvements


• Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas for growth


• Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other relevant metrics


• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote Agile best practices


• Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization


• As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business goals


• Provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent


• Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner


• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)


• Excellent facilitation and communication skills


• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar


• Previous coaching experience in an Agile environment


• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar


• Background in the energy sector or experience working with cross-functional engineering

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
