The Data Analyst will be responsible for proper data entry and maintenance of data, in addition to ensuring that master data quality meets the expectations of the stakeholders.
The areas maintained include; item master, bill of materials, routings, MDM Interface Tools, cost changes and any other function related to item management.
Quick turnaround of internal requests is extremely important. Candidate must deliver accurate information in a timely fashion serving our "internal customers" properly. The individual in this role will interface with cross-functional team members and external vendors/partners as needed.
Effective team communication and immaculate attention to details are required in addition to having an affinity to learning new systems. Candidate must have the ability to prioritize effectively and have a natural affinity for solving problems.
Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience.
1+ years experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of programming logic a plus.

Work closely with other employees (engineering, purchasing, product management, finance, sales, logistics, and IT) as needed to resolved questions, issues, etc.
Work with requestors to resolve missing data issues so that items, vendors, costs changes and BOM changes can be processed in a timely fashion.
Holds internal assets accountable for providing accurate information.
Run system reports and distribute to appropriate personnel.
Ongoing data clean up and entry of additional data.
Propose solutions to complex master data related questions for projects.
Propose process and operational improvements when needed.
Actively share knowledge and best practices.
Support colleagues in doubt, and ask for help when in doubt.
Document MDM Process Flows as required.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
