Project Manager (Paid Media Lead Gen & Integrated Growth Plays)




Fully Remote




6 months' contract, potentially longer



1. Launch digital advertising lead generation growth plays with Sales and Marketing partners targeting key accounts with a focus on lead generation & nurture.


2. Manage multiple agency relationships (creative, paid social, paid display, and paid search) and numerous business partners across Sales and Marketing necessary to launch integrated lead generation paid media campaigns.

3. Manage creative development and review process to launch integrated paid media lead gen campaigns.



Top Three Skillsets needed:


• Paid media / digital advertising/lead generation for B2B audiences

• Project and launch management as well as creative management

• Stakeholder and agency management



SUMMARY:

In this role, you will ensure that B2B lead gen and nurture campaign launches are on time and within budget.

You will manage multiple agency relationships (digital advertising, marketing automation, creative, and in-house teams) and ensure tight coordination and project management of on-time creative development, media planning, email execution, sales enablement, and analytics reporting.

The successful candidate will excel in project managing, documenting, communicating, and managing deliverables, meeting schedules, information share-outs, content reviews, project milestone due dates and next steps, risks/issues/decisions management & documentation (raising them at the right time to ensure timely go-live of marketing investments and campaigns) across a wide array of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

You will work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task for an on-time go-live.

The perfect candidate is obsessed with details while always having a pulse on the overall project timeline, risks, and issues to drive teams toward a single launch date.

Experience with Microsoft Office tools (including MS Project, Excel, PPT, and Word), project management tools, paid media/digital advertising, B2B and marketing-to-sales lead generation, and account-based marketing campaigns is required.

Experience with Wrike is preferred.
